By using SyncViMate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

SyncViMate is a companion application for TiViMate IPTV player that enables users to backup and restore their settings across multiple devices using cloud storage services (Dropbox, Google Drive).

3. License Grant

3.1 License Types

- One-Time Purchase: Lifetime license for up to 5 devices
- Play Store Purchase: Automatically managed through Google Play
- Sideload License: Activation code for non-Play Store installations

3.2 License Restrictions

- License is valid for 5 simultaneous devices
- You may deactivate old devices to activate new ones
- License is non-transferable
- Sharing activation codes is prohibited
- Commercial use requires separate licensing

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

- Provide accurate information during purchase
- Keep your activation code secure
- Not share your license with others
- Not attempt to circumvent device limits
- Not use the service for illegal purposes
- Maintain your own cloud storage account

5. Cloud Storage

SyncViMate facilitates backup to your personal cloud storage. You are responsible for:

- Maintaining your cloud storage account
- Ensuring sufficient storage space
- Managing access to your cloud files
- Backing up important data independently

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- That backups will always succeed
- Compatibility with all devices or cloud providers
- That your data will not be lost or corrupted

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

- Loss of data or settings
- Inability to access TiViMate
- Issues with cloud storage providers
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the license

8. Refund Policy

- Play Store purchases: Subject to Google Play refund policy (48 hours)
- Direct purchases: 14-day money-back guarantee
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- No refunds after 30 days from purchase

9. License Revocation

We reserve the right to revoke licenses if:

- Terms of Service are violated
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- Chargebacks are initiated
- License is shared or resold

10. Service Changes

We reserve the right to:

- Modify or discontinue features
- Change pricing for new purchases
- Update supported cloud providers
- Require app updates for continued service

11. Intellectual Property

SyncViMate and all related materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

- Reverse engineer the application
- Copy or distribute the software
- Remove copyright notices
- Use our trademarks without permission

12. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third-party services (Dropbox, Google Drive, TiViMate). These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service issues.

13. Termination

- You may stop using the service at any time
- We may terminate your access for Terms violations
- Upon termination, your license will be deactivated
- Termination does not entitle you to a refund

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
