Important: Your TiViMate settings, IPTV credentials, and playlists are stored in YOUR cloud storage (Dropbox or Google Drive). We do NOT have access to this data. We only facilitate the backup and restore process.

- License and device information is stored securely on our servers
- We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for all data transmission
- Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only

5. Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party services:

- Dropbox / Google Drive: For cloud storage (your data stays in your account)
- Google Play Integrity API: For device verification
- Payment Processors: For license purchases (we don't store payment details)
- Fly.io: For hosting our backend services

- Active license data is retained as long as your license is valid
- Inactive device records are automatically purged after 90 days
- You can request deletion of your data at any time
